Lymphatic Drainage helps to process fluid - something the lymphatic system is already doing. The reason we want to get it manually done is we may have congestion in areas of our body so the fluid isn't being processed as quickly and sufficiently as it should be OR there's a blockage and the fluid isn't getting through at all. That's where it needs the extra help.
