A: I specialize in lymphatic massage (including post-operative care and Prenatal), manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), lymphedema management, therapeutic bodywork to support detoxification, pain relief, and whole-body wellness, as well as education on self-care techniques to help you maintain your flow between sessions.
A: I combine clinical training with intuitive touch and deep knowledge of the lymphatic system to create results-driven, soul-nourishing sessions. Each treatment is customized using a combination of techniques—whether you're recovering from surgery, managing lymphedema, or simply need to reset. I use high-quality, curated products and take a holistic approach to your body's healing process.
A: I don’t accept insurance, but I do accept HSA and FSA cards for qualifying services. You’ll just want to confirm with your provider that massage or lymphatic care is covered under your plan.
A: Yes, I offer several multi-session packages for post-op, lymphatic, and wellness clients. These are great for consistency and saving over time. Because I have several options based on your needs, I recommend checking my booking site for current package pricing and descriptions. https://app.acuityscheduling.com/catalog/227d8592
A: Each session includes:
I may also incorporate wood therapy and a custom lymphatic oil blend, depending on your needs that day. These tools are part of your care and are not added fees. If you’re experiencing signs of fibrosis, I’ll refer you to a trusted specialist in the area who focuses specifically on that.
A: For the best results:
The more procedures you’ve had, the more sessions your body will likely need. For example, someone recovering from 360 lipo, BBL, and additional areas may need 20 to 30 sessions for full recovery. At minimum, I recommend planning for at least 10.
A: I offer deeply therapeutic bodywork focused on relaxation, circulation, pain relief, and nervous system support. Whether you’re dealing with stress, tension, or just need to reconnect with your body, these sessions are customized to what your system needs that day.
A: My work isn’t confined to a single style. I use a blend of therapeutic techniques based on what your body can tolerate and what you prefer. That may include Swedish-inspired flow, static pressure for trigger point release, and calming nervous system support. I do not perform deep fascia work (myofascial release) or lymphatic drainage during these sessions.
A: Come as you are. Hydrate, wear loose clothes, and give yourself time to settle in and unwind. You don’t need to stretch or prep beforehand.
A: You’ll be comfortably draped at all times and we’ll start with a brief check-in to focus your session. I may incorporate intentional silence, soft music, breath cues, or grounding touch—depending on what your body needs. My goal is to create a safe, supportive experience that meets you where you are.
A: For therapeutic massage clients, I offer, as an add-on option:
A: Consistency matters. Monthly sessions are great for general maintenance and nervous system regulation. If you're navigating high stress, anxiety, or burnout, weekly or biweekly sessions can help your body recalibrate.
If you’re also dealing with chronic pain or long-standing tension patterns, more frequent sessions may be necessary at first to create lasting change. We can build a treatment rhythm that works for your body and your lifestyle.
A: All appointments must be booked online through my scheduling site. You’ll see available times, pricing, and package options there. https://relaxanddrain.com/services
A: No, to keep things organized and fair for all clients, I don’t book through text or social media. Please use the online system to view availability and secure your session.
A: Advance booking is highly recommended—especially if you’re post-op or need a specific day/time. I often book up 1–2 weeks ahead.
A: I require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee. Please respect my time and other clients who could have booked your spot.
A: Life happens! If you're late, your session time will be shortened to respect the next client. If you’re more than 30 minutes late with or without notice, the session may be canceled and charged as a no-show.
A: Yes, you’re welcome to bring someone with you. I have one chair in the room for guests, and there's also a waiting area available.
If you bring a child, please know they must remain in the treatment room with you at all times and be able to sit quietly without disrupting the session. I don’t allow children to wait alone in the lobby for safety and liability reasons.
A: You're welcome to arrive 5–10 minutes early. I build a 30-minute buffer between sessions, so I can usually take you a bit early if I'm ready. Just know that if I'm still resetting the space or on break, I may need that full time before I bring you in.
If we’ve previously discussed a different plan (like an extended session or back-to-back treatments), I’ll make sure we’re aligned ahead of time.
A: I accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, Zelle, Apple Pay, and tap-to-pay options. Payment is due at the time of service, or you may prepay when booking.
A: Yes! If your plan covers massage therapy or post-operative care, you can use your HSA/FSA card at checkout. Be sure to confirm coverage with your provider. I can provide a detailed receipt, if needed.
A: Tips are always appreciated but never expected. Your presence, referrals, Google reviews, and trust in my care mean just as much. If you’d like to leave a gratuity, it can be added at checkout or given in cash/zelle.
A: Yes, I offer a variety of packages to support your wellness or post-op journey. You'll find all package pricing, policies, and expiration details listed on the booking page for easy reference. https://app.acuityscheduling.com/catalog/227d8592
A: Yes—rescheduling is easy through the online booking system as long as it’s more than 24 hours before your session.
If it’s within 24 hours, you’ll need to text or call me directly. Just keep in mind that late changes may still be subject to the cancellation policy depending on the circumstances.
A: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, late arrivals, or no-shows will be charged the full session rate. This policy helps me respect my time and clients on the waitlist.
A: It’s common to feel:
These effects usually resolve within 24 hours. If you experience severe pain, redness, or fever, please contact your healthcare provider immediately.
A: You may experience:
Drinking plenty of water post-session is encouraged to help flush out the waste and support recovery.
